When it came time to sell our vacation home on Vaughn Bay earlier this year, the market was much slower and I took the time to research and interview a team to help us take a more thoughtful, informed approach. Selecting Jennie (and Sis) was the result of that process and was the smartest thing we did. The advice Jennie provided on what we needed, and didn't need to do to prepare our property was spot on. The staging went far beyond what I've seen in other listings and was simply beautiful. Given it was our second home and we weren't there all the time, Sis was beyond helpful coordinating jobs that came up before, during and after the sale. This wasn't a list it on Thursday, show it on Saturday, and have a bidding war on Monday situation. It was a well planned process in a buyer's market that resulted in a timely sale at a fair price. Having spent 35+ years in high-tech sales I know the best sellers are informed, calm, and deliver the right advice at the right time. Jennie has all of those qualities, and I can't recommend her enough.
